What a report contains
- A summary of the product’s overall pain landscape.
- Themes - each recurring frustration, grouped and labeled with a trend badge:
- Trending - spiking right now
- Rising - growing over time
- Persistent - a long-standing complaint
- Quotes - real review excerpts backing each theme, so you can see the frustration in the customer’s own words.
Getting a report
There are two ways a report gets generated:- Free, automatically. When you follow a product that doesn’t have a report yet, Reechee generates one at no credit cost. This is how you get your first report during onboarding.
- Manually, for 1 credit. From the report pages you can generate a report for any product, or regenerate an existing one to fold in newer reviews. Each manual generation costs 1 credit from your team’s shared balance.
Finding your reports
The reports area has two views:- Your reports - products where your team already has a report.
- Browse - the catalog of products you can generate a report for.
Sharing a report
Reports support public share links, so you can send one to a client or colleague without a Reechee account - handy for agencies packaging competitive research.Reports are also available programmatically: the API and MCP server
serve full pain-points reports and can trigger generation. Anonymous MCP users get a
free taste of any product’s pain points.
