How Reechee works

G2, Capterra, Trustpilot, TrustRadius, and SourceForge. LinkedIn and Reddit monitoring are on the roadmap.
Reechee typically detects a review within 24 hours of it going live. Note that review platforms moderate submissions before publishing, so the total time from someone writing a review to your alert can vary from hours to several days depending on the platform.
Sometimes - but only when they contain actionable pain points. Every opportunity requires at least one clear pain point, so a 4-star review with a detailed complaint in the cons qualifies, while a purely glowing review doesn’t. Positive reviews still feed the aggregate pain-points reports.
It depends entirely on your niche and competitors - some markets generate 2-3 per month, others several per day, and reviews tend to arrive in waves rather than on a schedule. There’s no cap on how many opportunities you receive; plans only limit how many products you track. The 30-day trial exists so you can measure the real volume in your market.
Reechee only creates opportunities when the reviewer can be confidently identified - every opportunity comes with at least a reviewer name, job title, and company. Partial signals (title, company, department, profile photo) are cross-referenced across data sources; when a confident match isn’t possible, the review isn’t surfaced.
Request it through the submission form in the app - missing products are added within 1-2 business days.
Yes - Scale and Agency plans include webhooks. Add an endpoint in Settings → Integrations and every new opportunity is pushed to your CRM, Slack, or automation tool automatically. Developers can also use the REST API and MCP server.

Credits

Your team’s shared currency for unlocks and generation: reviewer LinkedIn, email, or phone, buying committee, manual pain-points reports, and Pitch Copilot drafts each cost 1 credit. Free grants 5 one-time credits at signup; paid plans grant 50 (Starter), 100 (Scale), or 500 (Agency) credits per month. See Credits and unlocks.
No - unused credits roll over. Your balance doesn’t reset at the start of a billing cycle, and purchased top-up packs never expire either.
You’re only charged for results. Email and phone lookups that come up empty are refunded automatically, and a buying committee search that finds fewer than 2 stakeholders is free.
Buy a top-up pack from Settings → Credits (10, 25, or 50 credits - higher plan tiers pay less per credit) or wait for your next monthly grant. See pack pricing.

Plans and billing

Yes - 30 days on Starter and Scale, with full access to the plan’s features and credits. A card is required up front, and you can cancel any time during the trial at no charge. Agency has no trial.
Your subscription continues automatically on the plan you picked at sign-up. All your data, watchlist, and unlocked contacts carry over. You can switch plans or cancel at any point.
Any time, from Settings → Billing. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Yes - yearly billing saves 16-20% depending on the plan. See Billing.

Teams

Yes - on Scale and Agency, teams share one watchlist, one credit pool, and all unlocked contacts, while each member keeps their own login and notification preferences. See Teams.
There’s no seat limit on Scale and Agency, and members don’t cost extra - they share the plan’s tracked-product and credit allowances.
