An opportunity is Reechee’s core unit of work: one review of a tracked product that contains actionable pain points, packaged with everything you need to act on it. Your team gets exactly one opportunity per qualifying review.
Opportunities are not limited to negative reviews. A 5-star review with a detailed complaint buried in the cons section qualifies too - Reechee looks for frustration signals, not star ratings.

What’s inside an opportunity

  • The review - full text, star rating, and the platform it came from (G2, Capterra).
  • AI-extracted pain points - the specific frustrations pulled out of the review.
  • Company profile - name, industry, size, country, website, and LinkedIn.
  • The reviewer - name and job title, with contact unlocks one click away.
  • Actions - unlock contact details, map the buying committee, vote on ICP fit, and open Pitch Copilot to draft outreach.

Working the list

The Opportunities page shows everything Reechee has surfaced for your team’s tracked products.
  • New vs All. The New filter shows opportunities nobody on your team has opened yet. Opening an opportunity’s detail page automatically marks it as viewed for the whole team.
  • Filters. Narrow by star rating, source platform, company industry, company size, and country, or search by company name.
  • Sorting. By review publish date, newest or oldest first.
Reviews are detected within 24 hours of going live. Review platforms moderate submissions before publishing, so there can be a gap between when someone writes a review and when it appears.

Unlocking contacts

Each opportunity offers three unlocks, paid from your team’s shared credit balance: Unlocks are team-shared: once anyone on your team reveals a contact or committee, everyone sees it at no extra cost. If your team is out of credits, the app tells you before anything is charged.

Qualifying with ICP votes

Every opportunity has thumbs up / thumbs down buttons for ICP fit. Votes are a lightweight team signal - your team’s ICP description is shown alongside for reference.

Sharing an opportunity

You can generate a public share link for any opportunity - useful for showing a colleague or client who doesn’t have a Reechee account. Shared pages intentionally exclude the reviewer’s email and phone.
Working programmatically? The REST API and MCP server expose opportunities too, including status triage (new / revealed / contacted / archived) that goes beyond the web app’s New/All view.
