# What is Reechee?

> Reechee monitors software review sites and turns your competitors' unhappy customers into sales opportunities.

Reechee watches review platforms like G2 and Capterra for you. When someone posts a
review of a competitor's product that contains real pain points, Reechee turns it into
an opportunity: the review, the frustration behind it, the company profile, and a path
to the people involved - all in one place, hours after the review goes live.

You tell Reechee which products to watch. It does the reading.

## The core loop

1. **Track competitors** on your [watchlist](/product/watchlist).
2. **Get opportunities** when their customers post reviews with pain points - see
   [Opportunities](/product/opportunities).
3. **Understand the patterns** with AI-generated
   [pain-points reports](/product/pain-points-reports) per product.
4. **Reach out** - unlock reviewer contacts and buying committees with
   [credits](/product/credits-and-unlocks), and draft outreach with
   [Pitch Copilot](/product/pitch-copilot).
