# How do I unlock a contact?

> Reveal a reviewer's LinkedIn, email, or phone from an opportunity.

    From the [opportunities list](/product/opportunities), open the one you want to
    act on.

  <Step title="Pick an unlock on the reviewer card">
    * **LinkedIn** - 1 credit, reveals the reviewer's LinkedIn profile.
    * **Email or phone** - 1 credit, discovered via enrichment. If nothing is found,
      the credit is refunded automatically.

    The unlocked details appear on the opportunity for your whole team. Open
    [Pitch Copilot](/product/pitch-copilot) to draft the outreach.

## Want the whole buying committee?

Click **Find Decision Makers** on the opportunity. For 1 credit, Reechee identifies
2-4 additional stakeholders at the reviewer's company - economic buyer, technical
evaluator, and other influencers - with roles and LinkedIn profiles. If fewer than 2
stakeholders are found, you're not charged.

## Good to know

* **Unlocks are team-shared.** Once anyone on your team unlocks a contact, everyone
  sees it at no extra cost.
* **You only pay for results.** Failed email/phone lookups auto-refund, and a thin
  buying committee is free.
* **Out of credits?** The app tells you before anything is charged - top up from
  Settings → Credits or wait for your monthly grant. See
